Here are fabulous pictures of Paddy with his favourite girl-friends Sheena and Liz - you can see how happy he looks with them! Sheena and Paddy were life long pals - forever thinking of each other and they kept in touch always.
Sheena sent this photo - Paddy and Sheena are seen here with the other pupils- The photo was taken at the old school: Paddy and the others were also taught in the Jura Hall for a time by Tessa Forsyth, who took over from Miss Bridges. Before Miss Bridges it was Marion MacLeod and before that we had Mrs MacKenzie, Duncan's granny and Tottie's mother. The MacKenzie family had moved to Jura from the Glencoe area to The Old Schoolhouse at Knockrome where Mrs MacKenzie was the schoolteacher. They then moved to Craighouse when she took on the position of head teacher.

Sadly Archie passed away as a young man. Catriona MacLean too passed away, at the age of 13. |
